Is bakuchiol really an alternative to retinol?
Yes — and increasingly the one many women in their 40s and 50s prefer. Bakuchiol supports the look of smoother, firmer skin without the irritation, sun sensitivity, or barrier disruption that retinol can cause on changing skin. Studies show comparable visible results with a much gentler profile.
Can I use it during the day?

Will it irritate sensitive skin?
