Thank you so much for supporting Radiant Roots Wellness. Every product is handcrafted in small batches, and your satisfaction means everything to me!
Because my products are topical skincare and wellness items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
Returns
- Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. I will happily replace or refund the item.
No Returns on Sale Items or Custom Orders
All sale items, promotional items, made-to-order products, and custom blends are final sale.
