The Sensitive Skin Ritual

A Radiant Roots Ritual · Face & Body

Who this ritual is for

Your skin reacts before it adjusts. Fragrance is a gamble, new products are a bigger one, and the longer an ingredient list gets, the more nervous you both become. This ritual is for tender, reactive skin — and for women who choose simplicity on principle, including expecting and nursing mamas who read every label twice.

Why this ritual exists

When skin asks for simplicity, the kindest answer is fewer ingredients, not more promises. This is the shortest ritual we make: a gentle oat-and-clay cleanse, and a balm with exactly two ingredients. Nothing scented, nothing synthetic, nothing your skin has to brace itself for.

“Bare Balm is the jar I hand to mamas at the market when they say everything makes them react. Two ingredients. That is the whole list.” — Jana, founder

The ritual, in order

Radiant Reset Powder Cleanser

Step 1 · Radiant Reset Powder Cleanser

Colloidal oat, white kaolin, rice powder, arrowroot, marshmallow root. No fragrance, no essential oils, no preservatives — a powder you awaken with water.

Bare Balm

Step 2 · Bare Balm

Grass-fed tallow and castor oil. Nothing else. Completely unscented — not fragrance-free with an asterisk, actually nothing added. Gentle enough for the newest skin in your home.

View product — from $25

How to use it

Morning and evening: Mix half a teaspoon of Radiant Reset with water in your palm, massage over damp skin, rinse. Press a small amount of Bare Balm into skin while still damp — face, hands, anywhere that asks.

New to either product? Patch test on the inner forearm for a few days first — your skin sets the pace here, always.

A note for expecting and nursing mamas

Both steps in this ritual are free of essential oils and fragrance, and Bare Balm is the product we trust on the most delicate skin in the family. As with anything new during pregnancy, share your routine with your care provider.
