I handcraft, package, and ship every order with care from McKinney, Texas. Your order supports a small, mama-run business — thank you!
Processing Times
- Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
- Processing may take slightly longer during sales or high-volume seasons.
United States Shipping
- U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS.
- Free U.S. shipping is available on eligible orders over $45.
- Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.
International Shipping
We currently accept orders to Australia, Canada, Ireland, Norway, and the United Kingdom through Shopify Managed Markets. Available methods, delivery estimates, duties, taxes, and the total landed cost are shown at checkout. Availability may vary by product and carrier restrictions.
Warm Weather Shipping
Many Radiant Roots Wellness products are made with natural oils and butters that may soften or melt in transit during hot weather.
- To protect product quality, I generally ship heat-sensitive orders Monday–Thursday.
- I may add insulation or ice packs during hotter temperatures.
If a balm softens during transit, place it in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to reset. Softening does not affect the formula.
Tracking and Delivered Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, check around the delivery area and with household members or neighbors, then contact the carrier. Please also email me promptly. I’ll help review the available carrier information and determine the best next step. Carrier claims and replacement eligibility may vary.
Incorrect Address
If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout and the order is returned to me, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
