I handcraft, package, and ship all products with care from McKinney, Texas. Your order supports a small, mama-run business — thank you!

Processing Times

• Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
• Processing may be slightly longer during sales or high-volume seasons (holidays, summer months).

Warm Weather Shipping

Many Radiant Roots Wellness products are made with natural oils and butters that may soften or melt in transit during hot months.

• To ensure quality, I ship Monday–Thursday only.
• I may add insulation or ice packs during hotter temperatures.

If a balm softens during transit, simply place it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to reset.

Shipping Methods

• Orders ship via USPS or UPS.
• Tracking information will be sent to your email when your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order shows as delivered, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout and the order is returned to me, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
